Go to
Tools→Internet Options→Advanced,
then scroll down to Security (near the bottom of the list) and tick the box to
"Allow active content to run files on my computer."
1. Click on the warning and "allow active content" every time you come to a new page, or
2. "Back page" out of the website, or
3. Download and install a browser such as the free Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Apple Safari (for Mac or PC).
Fly-out menu items too feint?
Another problem peculiar to Internet Explorer is that some people find certain fly-out menu elements too feint. The new Google Chrome corrects this problem. The website en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Chrome discusses this new browser.
