Serco has secured the successful rebid and expansion of its contract to deliver maritime warfare training at HMAS Watson and HMAS Stirling.

The program integrates advanced simulation technologies, synthetic warfare environments and AI supported scenario planning to prepare Navy personnel for the complex operational demands of modern maritime warfare. It draws on Serco’s specialist expertise and is supported by a teaming arrangement with CAE, Sayres Australia and JMC, combining more than 125 years of collective experience in defence training and technology.
