Defence Australia : HMS Prince of Wales docks in Darwin.

The Royal Navy’s aircraft carrier, HMS Prince of Wales, arrived in Darwin, NT, as part of Exercise Talisman Sabre 2025. HMS Prince of Wales features an expansive flight deck measuring 70 metres in width, and 280 metres in length – equivalent to the area of three soccer pitches. This visit marks the first occasion a British aircraft carrier has visited Australian shores since 1997.
