When the membership renewal cycle closed on 30 June, 2025, over 160 members had not renewed That number has been dramatically reduced by proactive action by our Membership Officer. A list of those officers who are still missing on the 2025 parade is posted here and updated regularly. If you know any of those missing on parade, please remind them.

To reduce the chances of a recurrence and to simplify the renewal process, an automatic direct debit option will be provided for next renewal—details to follow.

This situation is caused, in part, by the increasing filtering of emails by the various email clients.
