After 18 weeks of intensive training, members of New Entry Officers Course (NEOC) 77 have graduated, marking a significant milestone in their Royal Australian Navy careers.  NEOC is the initial officer training course for permanent members and inter-service transfers up to and including Leading Seaman (E) in rank.
